M2. Anxiety Attacks & Me | Feeling Overwhelmed? You're Not Alone

Hey, everyone. In this episode, I, Karthik, kind of rambled on about anxiety and anxiety attacks. I mean, who am I to give advice on this? But I figured sharing my own fumbling experiences might help someone feel a little less alone. Anxiety feels normal sometimes, but when it gets too much, it can be a real drag. I also mentioned some of the things that sometimes help me cope, like taking a walk, blasting some tunes, or trying (and sometimes failing) to meditate. Mostly, I just want to remind you (and myself!) that it's okay to ask for help when you need it. Takeaways: 1. Look, I'm no expert, but anxiety's a thing we all deal with sometimes. If it starts messing with your life too much, that might be something to look into. 2. Anxiety attacks are the absolute worst. They can sneak up on you in the weirdest moments. 3. There are little things that sometimes help me cope: taking a walk, listening to music, that sort of thing. 4. Honestly, the most important thing is probably just admitting when you're struggling and asking for a hand. There's no shame in that!
